Orthodox medicine is ripping us off and yet we watch, while many suffer in pain, why?Empowering ourselves with knowledge has far reaching benefits especially in times of illness.The ideas and methods outlined in this book are inexpensive solutions that can be integrated into any routine. Avoiding and switching our perceptions cost nothing and can have the biggest impacts when we become conscious consumers.The Earth has always provided for us in nutrition and medicine, it is only relatively recently that we have learnt to ignore the abundance of this truly incredible world we live in.Nature doesn't need to be modified by man, simply understood.
