Waking up feeling down, anxious, afraid? This guided meditation will bring you to lightness of being.

You will start by identifying your thoughts, feelings and the sensations in your body as a way to become fully aware of yourself.Then you will tune in, identify what troubles you and begin to clear it. Many times we are troubled, feel uneasy and don't know why. But if we stop and give this feeling some attention, we can often dissolve it instantly or know what we need to do to lift it.After identifying your concern, you will use your imagination to release it into the divine realm to be transformed. This is a process of distancing yourself from your problem. You open up to let divine intelligence show you a higher view where insights and solutions lie. In this step, it is important you pay close attention to what is revealed to you. Information, illumination, understanding will bubble up from deeper levels of your being to help you establish peace.Having moved away from seeing the matter only from the human perspective, you will have created room for your soul to speak. Now, we can move deeper into soul identity, experiencing yourself as the soul that you are with all the power and lightness of being that is your true nature.You will rest in this blissful state of divine light.

Sometimes, it takes a while to get to the bottom of the unease, so listen as needed until you get to the core issue and have resolution. Each time you listen, expect to have deeper and broader understanding.
